South Daytona "Coach" Joe Piggotte Community Center
Provides the citizens of South Daytona with a true multi-function facility. Meeting space, social hall, and kitchen facilities make the center perfect for local special events. This building is available for civic group meetings, weddings, and social gatherings. As with all governmental projects, special attention was given to life cycle cost including ease of maintenance, durability, replacement time and costs. Through HALL's owner direct material purchasing program, substantial sales tax savings were generated.
