Hall Construction was selected to provide construction services on a cost plus a percentage fee basis with a guaranteed maximum price. Very similar to CM at risk services, Hall proved the owner with a hard "must hold" estimate at the conceptual design phase. Team involvement included: Securing HUD approvals and financing. "Open book" subcontractor bidding, meeting stringent HUD approvals. CPA and HUD audited job cost reporting. HUD audited labor reports. This wonderful facility provides clean, secure housing for many elderly persons who cannot afford it otherwise.
