Hall Construction Co. Inc. recently completed construction on the 44,000 square foot., multi-million dollar Vince Carter Sanctuary Residential Treatment Recovery Center. These brand new world-class live-in facilities are designed and built for the purpose of serving clients with substance abuse and dual-diagnosis or co-occurring issues.
